We love manga and anime and want to support artists and creators in this field. Therefore, we offer reduced booth costs at cost price to promote the presentation of one's own creations. Artists who exclusively offer their own works are warmly invited to apply for such a booth. Please note that works generated by AI software are not allowed to be offered.

Planned opening hours of the artist alley:
  • Friday: 10:00 to 19:00 Uhr
  • Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 to 18:00

Set-up and dismantling times:
  • Thursday: 13:00 to 23:00*
  • Friday: 07:30 to 9:30
  • Sunday: 18:00 to 23:30*
  • Monday: 08:00 to 15:00

* noise protection must be observed from 22:00

Our Artist Alley is divided into two areas: in the foyer of the Metropolis Hall and in the Caligari Hall. This allows us to give more artists the opportunity to present themselves at the Anime Messe Babelsberg. Please indicate whether you would like to apply for a specific location or if you are interested in both locations.

Artists & fan projects can order one, two, or three tables. A chair is included as standard with each table. A table measures approximately 1.20 x 0.80 meters. Booth depth will be between 1.65 and 1.8 m. Regardless of the number of tables, you will receive two exhibitor tickets from us per booth.

Metropolis Hall Foyer (260 euros per table)
The artist booths are strategically placed very well in the foyer, directly at the main entrance to the main stage and exhibitor hall. This location allows for high visitor frequency, however, artists should consider that this may lead to increased acoustics. 		Caligari Hall (149 euros per table)
Located at the opposite end of the film park, the Caligari Hall is another important venue. Here you will find the popular Bring&Buy as well as the Anime Cinema, making the hall an attractive draw for our guests.
In the foyer, we offer booths either with exhibition walls or a fabric curtain at the back. An additional fee for the explicit wish of an exhibition wall is only incurred if we can fulfil it.

Are you an artist and would like to beautify our programme booklet? Anyone who draws one of our mascots for the programme booklet will receive at least €45 credited to their booth order from us. Should we generate income for the artists' area through sponsorship or crowdfunding, the discount could be even larger. If you are interested, please select this option. We look forward to every drawing. Mascot templates. Theme assignments will be made after successful registration. Alternatively, you could also offer a workshop for the visitors, for this, please briefly notify us in the "Notes & requests for the booth" field.

For artists & fan projects the placement of their logo, name and website are free of charge in the program booklet and on our website. The logo in size 650 x 250 pixels will be requested by us after acceptance.

If additional exhibitor tickets are required, these can be ordered here. Two exhibitor tickets are already included per artist booth.

All power connections are calculated including power consumption for all three days of the event. There are no additional costs for you. Please ensure that your electrical equipment is checked and in good working order before you connect it.
