Anime Messe Berlin 2018 - We thank you!

It's been a good month since the Anime Messe Berlin opened its doors for the third time. This year we were again able to register a plus of 2,700 visitors and so a total of 9,200 anime, manga, cosplay and Japan fans came to Filmpark Babelsberg to spend a nice weekend full of concerts and shows in the sign of the anime , I and my team hope you enjoyed it. Like every year, we try to improve constantly and always try something new, so we are very happy about your feedback by mail and read the comments diligently. We would like to thank all helpers, show groups, workshop leaders, guests of honor and sponsors, who have given us all an unforgettable weekend. In addition, I would like to praise you from our Japanese guests, they all felt very well and already miss you. Maybe we'll see one or the other in 2019 again, who knows. Incidentally, we are currently in the negotiations with the Metropolis Hall and the Filmpark, so that we can offer you the great scenery again next year. So be curious! For those of you who could not be here this year, I recommend the video from Animize and Ninotaku on YouTube. We ourselves will publish a trailer in the next few days, when the new date is fixed. On our website you will also find the winners of the drawing contest and AMV contest (winners will be notified today). PS: Excuse me, that I'm only starting my work again. Some have already heard about it at the event. Unfortunately, we had a bereavement shortly before the fair, which is why I first had to deal with other things. But now it goes on again and I wish you all a nice time until the next anime fair. Until then, best regards, Michael alias conanmichi and turns on our webradio sometimes ;)

Organizer was founded in 2014 by 20 anime and manga friends in Berlin and is now one of the largest German-language radio stations in the field of Japanese music. Together with our voluntary members, we would like to promote the dissemination and deepening of Japanese art, pop and youth culture, in particular those of anime, manga and Japanese music, in Germany and make it accessible to all those interested.

For this purpose, various online services are provided and local meetings organized to exchange information and promote community togetherness. We are actively supported by the emania Media Service GmbH for the realization of the Anime Messe Berlin.
