Angelina Paustian – Manga cookbook author

Angelina Paustian is the author of several popular cookbooks including Koch dich japanisch, Manga Kochbuch japanisch, Manga Kochbuch Bentô, Manga Kochbuch Kawaii and the Gaming Kochbuch.

A trained nutritionist and passionate fan of Japanese culture, she has lived and worked in Japan, gaining hands-on experience in everything from temple kitchens to home-style cooking. For over ten years, she has shared her love for Japanese cuisine through workshops, videos, and her well-loved books.

With her project Mangaküche, she travels across Germany attending conventions and introducing audiences to the flavours and traditions of Japanese food culture.
